Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 or 3 dashes nutmeg
    1 tsp. mustard or lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook spinach in small amount of water.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Beat eggs and add 1/4 of spinach water, cottage cheese and flour.
    Season with nutmeg and mustard or lemon juice.
    Add drained spinach.
    Bake in a greased baking dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 7 or 8.
