Crab Meat Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. crab meat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, diced
Preparation
    Combine the soup, lemon juice and gelatin over heat, stirring until gelatin is dissolved and mixture is warm.
    Add cream cheese and blend well; add mayonnaise and blend well.
    Add crab meat, celery and onions and mix well.
    Place mixture in a mold and refrigerate until jelled.
