Bologna - cooking recipe

2 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. Tender Quick
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Mix and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Separate into 4 parts and roll into logs.
Bake, uncovered, in broiler pan, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
