Renee'S A-Doe-Bow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed chicken
    1/2 diced garlic cloves
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 skinned tomatoes
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. cubed pork (optional)
Preparation
    Mix water and soy sauce in skillet or stir-fry skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on medium heat about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over cooked Minute rice (follow instructions on box), green beans, cooked cabbage and carrots.
    Low in calories.
