England Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine or butter
    6 eggs
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the soft margarine and sugar together until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add vanilla and then add flour.
    Pour in tube pan or Bundt pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 until done.
    This makes a good, heavy pound cake.
