Chili With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix
    2 c. water
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 c. rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Cook and stir meat, pepper and seasonings.
    Mix in large skillet on medium-high heat until meat is browned.
    Stir in water, beans and tomato sauce.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in corn. Return to boil.
    Stir in rice; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir.
    Serve with shredded cheese, chopped onion, sour cream and salsa.
    Makes 6 servings.
