1 (10 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can LeSueur small peas, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
1 c. diced celery
5 to 6 green onions, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix together sugar, salt, pepper, celery seed, vinegar and oil. Bring to a boil. Pour hot mixture over drained vegetables and marinate 24 hours before serving.
