Sticky Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. mandarin peel in syrup
1/4 c. honey
2 c. flour
1/2 c. uncooked oat bran
5 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0, line muffin tins with papers.
Put 1 teaspoon honey in bottom of each muffin cup, top honey with 1 mandarin section.
Combine flour, oat bran, baking powder, salt and sugar, stir to mix.
Add mandarin peel, eggs, milk and melted butter and stir just until mixed.
Spoon batter over mandarin slices, fill each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until straw inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm.
