Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

6 c. chopped, cooked turkey
1 c. pimientos
1 c. chopped olives (black)
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 c. grated Jack cheese
1 c. diced green chiles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
12 small flour tortilla shells
Preparation

In a
casserole
dish,\tadd
3\tcups of turkey, 1/2 cup pimientos, 1/2
cup
chopped
olives
and
1/2 cup diced green chiles.
Pour
on
top 1 can of mushroom soup.
Add 1 1/2 cups of Cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 cups Jack cheese and 6 flour tortilla shells on\ttop.
Start over again in the same order for second layer. Add cheese and black olives on top of shells on second layer. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 10 to 12 people.
