Lemon Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter, softened at room temperature
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 boxes instant lemon pudding
    3 c. milk (for both pkg. pudding)
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour and butter; cut with fork like pie crust.
    Pat in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until light brown.
