Apple Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 c. chopped tart apples
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Add sour cream, egg and vanilla and beat until smooth.
    Fold in apples and pour into unbaked pie shell.
