Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    8 oz. Russian dressing
    8 oz. apricot preserves
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    pineapple chunks to taste
    sliced green peppers to taste
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix dressing, preserves, soup mix and water in a bowl and stir until mixed.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Add pineapple and pepper for the last 1/2 hour, uncovered.
    Serve with rice and tossed salad.
