Avocado Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large ripe avocados
1 c. honey
1 qt. soy milk or nondairy milk
1 Tbsp. lemon
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Peel avocado and blend in blender with other ingredients until smooth.
Put into electric ice cream maker and freeze as directions per freezer directions.
