Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes or use 1 bag thawed frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 lb. American cheese, cut into strips
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. partially fried bacon, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onions.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan and top with bacon and olives.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    This dish can be made ahead.
