Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

In blender or mixer blend together egg whites, buttermilk and oil.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop 1/2 cup of batter on hot, oiled skillet.
Brown on both sides.
For thinner or thicker pancakes, use more or less buttermilk.
