lean flank steak or thinly sliced round steak
lite olive oil
salt and pepper
pressed fresh garlic
fresh grated Romano (Locatelli) cheese
Italian-flavored bread crumbs

Note:
Amount of meat depends on number of people for dinner. Usually, a flank steak for Brasciole for one person is 5 x 8-inches.
If you prefer one to two large Brasciole to add to sauce-gravy, the size can be larger and, once it is cooked, you can slice it.
