Potato-Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes
2 cans tuna, drained
1 chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped olives
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream and chives
Preparation

Bake potatoes and scoop out center.
Keep the shells.
Combine mashed potatoes, tuna, onions, olives, cheese, green pepper, salad dressing, salt and pepper.
Spoon back in potato shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 on a cookie sheet until onion and peppers are done.
Serve with a spoon of sour cream and chives on top.
Add salad and hot rolls for a complete meal.
