Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook mixed vegetables according to directions on package; drain and cool.
    Combine with remaining vegetables.
    Mix flour, sugar and salt in a heavy pan.
    Add vinegar and mustard.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
    Cool.
    Combine vegetables and dressing.
    Chill thoroughly.
