Brunch Strada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, cubed
1 c. diced ham
1 (4 oz.) can diced chilies
2 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 lb. cubed Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Place bread and ham cubes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine milk, eggs, cheese and seasonings in blender.
Blend until cheese is grated.
Stir in chilies.
Pour over bread and ham, making sure all cubes are moistened.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
