Apricot Cheese Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can apricots, chopped
    1 large can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
    2 pkg. apricot Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. reserved juice
    3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain and chill 1 large can apricots, chopped.
    Add 1 large can crushed pineapple (reserve juice).
    Dissolve apricot Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
    Add reserved juice and chill until slightly congealed.
    Add miniature marshmallows and drained fruit.
    Pour and chill in 9 x 13-inch baking dish until set.
