Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Boil first 3 ingredients, then add next 3 ingredients.
Pour over popped popcorn.
Pile on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Stir often.
Yields 6 to 8 quarts.
Put in decorator canister for a great gift idea.
