Mock Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can asparagus cuts, drained
    1 c. finely seeded and chopped tomato (about 1 large)
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    2 Tbsp. nonfat mayo or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    6 drops red pepper sauce
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    dash of pepper
    1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 tsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes about 1 cup dip.
    Serving per tablespoon contains 7 calories and 0 gm fat.
