Dixie Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. sage
    4 tart apples, cored and sliced
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown chops in hot fat; sprinkle with salt and salt.
    Place in baking dish; top with apple ring.
