Surprise Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip
Preparation

Bake cake as directed in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Poke holes with fork and pour pineapple juice over cake while hot.
Mix pudding with milk and vanilla. Stir until it starts to thicken.
Pour over cake.
After pudding sets, cover cake with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate until served.
