Japanese Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    broccoli (amount your choice)
    2 rib eye steaks
    1 tsp. cooking wine
    1/2 tsp. ginger seasoning
Preparation
    In wok, steam onion and broccoli.
    Remove and cook steak, adding both wine and seasoning.
    Cook steak until medium well. Drain wok.
    Add onion and broccoli; salt and pepper to taste. Makes 3 servings.
