Swiss Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. potatoes
    2 (4 oz.) jars chopped pimientos
    1 c. salad olives, chopped (optional)
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    12 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until done; peel and cut in chunks.
    Add pimientos, olives, green onions, 8 slices cheese (cut in cubes) and mayonnaise.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Place in oblong 2-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining slices of cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 12.
