Egyptian Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 c. corn, cut fresh from cob
    2 c. zucchini
    1 c. lima beans, soaked overnight
    1/2 c. green peppers, sliced
    1/2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    water
Preparation
    Brown onions and peppers lightly in the oil.
    Add the beans, corn and small amount of water and simmer 1/2 hour.
    Then add zucchini, tomatoes, parsley and seasonings.
    Cook very slowly for 45 minutes.
    Add water when needed.
