Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cans cream of mushroom and chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked and deboned
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until brown.
Combine with soup, broth and chilies.
Add pieces of chicken and mix well.
Place layer of tortillas, layer of chicken mixture and layer of cheese in a large baking dish.
Repeat layers until dish is filled.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
