Cucumber Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 pt. plain yogurt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. coarsely grated, pared, seeded cucumbers
    salad greens
    sour cream
    miniature marshmallows
    shredded coconut (preferably unsweetened)
    mandarin orange segments, drained
    crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup of each together in a large bowl.
    Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
    The longer the better.
