Ingredients

1/2 lb. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. moist coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar; add dry ingredients.
Shape dough into 2 rolls and wrap in wax paper.
Refrigerate until firm. Slice 1/4-inch thick; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
