Martin Warner'S Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. milk (no more)
    1 c. or 6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    In a pan big enough for a big boil over direct heat, heat sugar, butter and milk.
    Boil for 1 minute under full heat, then turn flame very low.
    Add chocolate chips.
    Melt chocolate.
    Whisk out lumps.
