Easy Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. shrimp or fish
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. chili pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except shrimp or fish.
    Microwave on High 8 to 12 minutes; stir once.
    Stir in shrimp or fish.
    Cover; microwave 3 to 5 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Let stand 5 minutes. May be served over rice.
    Serves 4.
