Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. oil (Mazola, etc.)
    4 eggs
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease well 3 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake upright at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until done.
    Release from cans and set upright on rack to cool.
    After cooling, bread can be wrapped and frozen.
