Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Grease two loaf pans (9-inch).
    Peel and remove seeds of zucchini and grate.
    Beat eggs until fluffy and add all other ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
    Add nuts last.
    Turn into pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
    Freezes well.
