Nutt House Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    dash of nutmeg and/or vanilla or lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine and sugar.
    Beat in the eggs and flour until fluffy.
    Fold in the buttermilk and add the nutmeg and/or vanilla or lemon extract.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
