Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. zucchini, peeled and boiled
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
Add onion and saute. Mash squash and add to meat.
Stir small amount of meat mixture into eggs to prevent eggs from cooking.
Stir into meat mixture in skillet.
Add bread crumbs and some cheese.
Pour into buttered dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
