Pierogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. red potatoes
    2 c. dry cottage cheese
    1/2 c. onions, sauteed
    1 1/2 to 2 heads cabbage
    6 c. flour
    2 whole eggs
    3 egg yolks
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cook peeled and cubed potatoes in water until soft.
    Drain water, but save for dough.
    Mash potatoes and add 2 cups of dry cottage cheese and 1/2 cup sauteed onions.
    Mix together and refrigerate to cool.
