Kielbasa And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (27 oz.) can Silver Floss sauerkraut
    1 can beer
    1 c. cream sherry
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. Polish kielbasa, cut into 3-inch pieces or as desired
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 to 2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Simmer on low heat for approximately 30 to 40 minutes for best flavor.
    Serve on 6-inch long rolls (not hot dog buns) with Polish or any other mustard and chopped onions, if desired.
