Chinese Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) box instant rice
1/2 lb. chopped ham
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts
1 bunch green onions
2 stalks celery
1 doz. eggs
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
soy sauce
French onion dip
Preparation

Cook rice and set aside.
Chop vegetables and ham, then stir-fry in skillet or wok.
Scramble eggs and add to vegetables and stir.
Mix vegetables and eggs with rice.
Serve in bowl with soy sauce and desired amount of French onion dip.
