Sausage And Egg Casserole(Make Night Before) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. sausage (any kind)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheese
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 to 10 eggs
    1 c. milk
    8 to 10 pieces bread
    pimento (optional)
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain.
    Place broken up pieces of bread on bottom of casserole dish.
    Put sausage over bread.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over it all.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Delicious breakfast casserole.
