Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. grated Longhorn cheese
cubed ham (optional)
Preparation

Parboil potatoes in skins.
Peel and grate.
Put half in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan.
