Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. each: salt and cinnamon
    3/4 c. softened butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. each: vanilla and grated orange peel
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
    With rotary beater, beat together butter and sugar until smooth.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Stir in vanilla, orange peel and zucchini.
    Alternate, adding the dry ingredients and milk to the zucchini mixture.
    Add nuts last. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt or 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour, testing with toothpick.
    Cool 15 minutes in pan; remove from pan and cool thoroughly on rack. Drizzle glaze over cake.
