Lot Ya Kair Now - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thinly sliced sirloin tip steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 large tomatoes
    2 large bell peppers
    1/4 c. oil
    1 clove garlic, diced fine
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    While beef is partly frozen slice as thin as possible.
    Pour soy sauce with sugar over beef.
    Marinate 1 hour.
    Cut bell pepper and tomatoes in cubes.
    Heat oil, garlic and ginger.
    After one minute, remove garlic.
    Add pepper and saute 3 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Add beef and cook 3 minutes more.
    Add tomatoes, immediately add soy sauce blended with cornstarch.
    Stir until mixture thickens.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Serve over rice.
