Spinach And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh spinach
    1 c. rice
    olive oil
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    In a saucepan, saute onion in olive oil and add 1 cup rice, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup water and cook on low heat until rice is almost done.
    Wash and chop fresh or canned spinach and add to rice mixture.
    Also to this mixture add 1 can stewed tomatoes.
    Cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
