Glorified Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. (about 1 c.) marshmallows, quartered
Preparation
    Whip the cream; add vanilla and set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients, mixing gently.
    Fold vanilla cream into mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
