Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. crackers
    1/2 c. cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions (chopped) in margarine.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    When tender, add cream of mushroom soup (undiluted). Crumble some crackers and add 1/2 cup of cheese and mix together in Corning Ware dish.
    Place in oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
