Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    1/4 c. onion, saute until tender
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 box Stove Top dressing
Preparation
    Stir zucchini, onion, sour cream, celery soup and shredded carrots.
    Then add margarine and Stove Top dressing.
    Save out 1/2 Stove Top dressing and put on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
