Easy Cheesy Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Using a medium bowl, mix cream cheese until soft; add condensed milk, mix thoroughly.
Stir in lemon and vanilla.
Pour into a graham cracker pie shell.
Chill 3 hours or until firm. Top with you favorite pie filling.
Makes 1 pie.
