Crabmeat Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crabmeat, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 jar cocktail sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. grated onions (optional)

Preparation

Blend cheese, garlic powder and onions; form a ball of cheese mixture and place on plate.
Mix meat and cocktail sauce together; pour over cheese ball.
Serve with several types of crackers. When mixing crabmeat with sauce, do not make it very wet, so that it will stick to cheese.
Very good.
