Boston Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. All-Bran
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. molasses
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 egg
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Measure All-Bran, raisins, shortening and molasses into mixing bowl.
    Add boiling\twater.\tStir
    until
    shortening
    is melted. Add well beaten egg.
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.\tAdd to\tAll-Bran
    mixture.

    only\tuntil combined.\tFill two greased
    loaf\tpans.
    Bake
    in
    preheated moderate oven at 350\u00b0 about
    45 minutes.
    Serve hot with cream cheese or as you like.
